Behind these curtains I step into a totally different world. World, where all the everyday worries and heavy thoughts are suddenly forgotten, even though just for a few precious minutes.
World, where I can relax and let my mind wander in joyful lightness…
…until the next deep breath…

I absolutely love my yoga classes. The studio is so calming and peaceful and our yoga teacher, Erin, is one of the most happiest, caring and loving people I’ve ever met. Her love for yoga shines through the whole class.
In the past few weeks I did therapeutic yoga and this week I attended a Hatha yoga class for the first time since 2010. I’m really looking forward to getting more deeply into yoga, not just to nurture my body but also my soul.
This post is a part of this week’s prompt Experience over at our collaborative blog Focus on Everyday. You can check out the entries of other contributors.

Today I made my first smoothie with spinach. It wasn’t bad, just a little bit different than just having it with fruit. I think I can get used to it. I’ve signed up for The green smoothie challenge and I hope that this will push me to stay focused and work more on my wellness.

I’ve chosen thrive as my one little word for this year on purpose. I want to feel alive. I want to thrive and not just to be surviving day by day trying to escape the exhaustion. That’s why I’ve started going to yoga again. My yoga class is a weekly happy getaway from the crazy busy days, my time to relax and time when I can turn off all the worries. I always feel so refreshed afterwards! I hope that changing my diet is going to help me to feel better and more energized as well. Time will show, I guess.
The photo above is my contribution to our weekly theme over at Focus on Everyday (our new posts go live on Wednesdays). This week we are focusing on 4 things. I used four things for my smoothie today and I hope to get more creative and explore more combinations as time goes on. Hop over to see inspiration from the other girls as well.
And if you are interested in the 30-day green smoothie challenge, check out Jadah’s and Jen’s website, it’s amazing!

Chaos is the theme of the week over at Focus on Everyday. Hop over to see what Harmony and Krystal came up with.
This looks pretty scary, doesn’t it?!

I have been planning to organize my craft/ office space stuff for way too long. Sunday was the day when I finally decided to dig through it. I took all the stuff from the baskets and boxes out and spread them all over the floor. The space was pretty chaotic for 2+hours at least. I put scrapbook papers together, ribbons and buttons and scraps of papers which can be still used in the albums. It was definitely worth the effort to sort everything out at the end.

It took me much longer to organize and sort out all the stuff than I expected but I’m glad that I finally did it. I found a lot of stuff that I’ve already forgotten about. I think I might be finally ready to jump into my project life album once again.

I put all the cards for project life together (from Midnight and Seafoam collection and some printed ones I bought as digital files). Also all the buttons and rings are sorted out now thanks to my little helper. Miss K did a great job and yay for jars from a pizza sauce. Even though the jars are hidden in the baskets, it will be much easier to locate the stuff now.

It feels good to have it finally done. I feel like new crafts and projects are on the way! Let’s the creativity begin.

I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already! It means a new prompt is up on Focus on Everyday blog. Starting this week, a new contributor, Krystal, has joined us to share her inspirational photos. The more, the merrier, right?! I was really excited to see her take on the theme this morning.
When I saw the prompt Harmony chose for this week – 6o’clock, first I had no idea what kind of photo to take. I thought I will do my morning workout photo but as I skipped the last few days of morning workouts, I knew it has to be about 6pm. Monday was a perfect day for taking photos – I got home from work and the sun was still up and shining! I took a few photos with Katrin as you could see in my last post – one on one.
Go and check out what Harmony and Krystal came up with!
If you like taking photos and would be interested in joining us over at Focus on Everyday for our weekly prompts as a regular contributor or just a guest contributor, please don’t hesitate to contact me (through the Hello | Contact me tab on the top of this page) or Harmony for more details.

My dear friend Harmony and I play every week with different prompts on our collaborative photo blog. This week theme is perspective. We’ve added words to our photos this year and I love reading the stories behind them. This is my take for this week:

I prefer to be behind the camera instead of being in front of it but I do love photos with my kids together. Even though this photo was taken with stretched arm in a poor light, I still love it. It captures our special girls’ time and that’s what counts the most.
Check out the blog for Harmony’s story.
