Behind these curtains I step into a totally different world. World, where all the everyday worries and heavy thoughts are suddenly forgotten, even though just for a few precious minutes.
World, where I can relax and let my mind wander in joyful lightness…
…until the next deep breath…

I absolutely love my yoga classes. The studio is so calming and peaceful and our yoga teacher, Erin, is one of the most happiest, caring and loving people I’ve ever met. Her love for yoga shines through the whole class.
In the past few weeks I did therapeutic yoga and this week I attended a Hatha yoga class for the first time since 2010. I’m really looking forward to getting more deeply into yoga, not just to nurture my body but also my soul.
This post is a part of this week’s prompt Experience over at our collaborative blog Focus on Everyday. You can check out the entries of other contributors.

Erin
Thank you so much Gabi and Harmony for your all of your support and love for our school! Centered Within Yoga is such and amazing place, not because of me, but because of YOU! It’s the warmth and caring that all of our wonderful students bring with them into our studio that creates a space of love and light. This blog post really made my day! Thank you!
Gabi
Hi Erin!! Thank you for stopping by.
And thank YOU, because of you I still can keep my sanity from the everyday craziness… ;)
Sarah
Firstly, thanks so much for your comment on my post about why we write. For me blogging is a form of escapism and it’s great to hear that other bloggers feel the same way.
Secondly, this is a great post and I go to yoga too! It’s such a great way to relax and clear your mind (and you can apparently lose up to 100 calories after an hour…or so I’ve heard! We spend a lot of time laying on the floor so I’m not sure that’s possible haha!)
Thirdly, I love the title of your blog and the header is really cute! Be great if you followed me back!
Much love and chat soon, Sarah x

Thank you for stopping by, Sarah and saying hi!
I have never thought about losing calories during yoga since I barely move out there. But I know from a personal experience that power yoga is amazing workout and you sweat like crazy!
Harmony
You captured the serenity of the studio perfectly. I can’t wait until the new one opens – it’s closer to our neck of the woods.
Gabi
I can’t wait either. Erin said that there will be new classes and that they might have the power yoga in the evening again. But there might a different teacher though. I just love Erin, she is the best!
They are also taking “requests” for classes.
